How to Order Online
Order online by using the Add to Cart button for the products you want. Make sure you have made the appropriate size/colour selections before you Add to Cart by consulting the corresponding pull-down menus, then indicate the appropriate amount in the quantity box.
When you are finished shopping, click the Bicycle Cart icon in the top right of the screen to see a preview of your ordered items. Click the cart icon to make changes, or Checkout to finalize your order. Fill in your billing and shipping information before finalizing your purchase.
Most orders ship from our flagship store in Kensington Market, Toronto within one week of ordering. The shipping amount will be automatically calculated for you according to your postal code and the size/weight of the items in your cart. The estimated delivery time for ground shipment is 3 to 10 days.
For shipments within Toronto, Fast Track Messenger Service will delivery your item by bike. Special instructions can be accommodated as well - inquire with firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders Outside of Canada
Please contact us directly via the Contact link for information on international orders and shipping quotes. Make sure to include your full address along with the items you are looking to order.
Online order payments are processed via PayPal. Choose your credit card type and enter the card number in the Payment section at the bottom of the Checkout page. Please make sure your Billing Address matches your credit card address.
Once you complete this step, feel free to add any additional comments before agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and Submitting Your Order. A confirmation will be sent to you by email with the details of your order.
You have the option of picking up an order placed online at our Kensington location. Simply make this selection in the Shipping Method drop down menu during the checkout process. Processing for pick-up orders is usually 2-3 days. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick-up.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases from Bikes On Wheels. If for some reason you need to return or exchange an item purchased online, you can either ship the item back for store credit, or process the exchange in-store. Note that we do not accept cash refunds – exchange or store credit is issued within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for any additional information on our return policy.
